The Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District (ISLHD), in partnership with the Heart Foundation, has developed a suite of multicultural video resources called Healthy Women, Active Women, which feature real women telling real stories about physical activity.
This video tells the story of a young single mother of a young daughter who is focused on being a positive role model for her daughter by staying active.
