Taking care of you | Healthy Women Active Women

This video tells the story of a woman with children who is focused on building her self-esteem and mental health after experiencing domestic violence.

The Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District (ISLHD), in partnership with NSW Heart Foundation, has developed a video series called Healthy Women, Active Women, which showcases the importance of physical activity in women’s overall health.
