Associate Professor Dr Rahman is a Public Health Physician and an Epidemiologist. He is currently working as the Associate Dean Research and Associate Professor of Public Health at Federation University Australia. He is also the Co-Convenor for Health Promotion group at Public Health Association of Australia (PHAA). He has extensive experience of leading research on non-communicable diseases including cardiovascular diseases nationally and internationally. He previously worked as a Research Contributor and Advisor of Her Heart (2016-19) and is an advisor to Her Heart from 2021.
