Is the total level of cholesterol (a fatty substance) in your blood.  Too much cholesterol builds up on the walls of your blood vessels, making it hard for your heart to pump blood.

Is the pressure your blood puts on your arteries as your heart beats and relaxes.

Your BP will vary depending on exercise, stress and sleep but should not be more than 140/90 mm Hg.

Blood Sugar

Blood Sugar

Is the amount of sugar that is present in the bloodstream. Before eating levels should be under 100mg/dL and two hours after meals should be under 140mg/dL.


Body Mass Index (BMI)

A good guidance to measure body fat based on our height and weight.
