Mango and Pistachio Bircher Muesli
Prepare this healthy brekkie bowl the night before to ensure the oats soak up all the delicious pineapple and mango flavours.
- Combine the oats, pineapple juice, yoghurt and cinnamon in a large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge overnight to soak.
Add mango and half the pistachios to the muesli mixture and stir to combine. Divide among serving bowls. Top with the remaining pistachios.
