Mango and Pistachio Bircher Muesli

Prepare this healthy brekkie bowl the night before to ensure the oats soak up all the delicious pineapple and mango flavours.



  • Combine the oats, pineapple juice, yoghurt and cinnamon in a large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge overnight to soak.
  • Add mango and half the pistachios to the muesli mixture and stir to combine. Divide among serving bowls. Top with the remaining pistachios.
