This year\u2019s theme, Improving Women\u2019s Heart Health – A Fairer, Inclusive, and Accessible System<\/em><\/strong>, brings together leading experts, advocates, policymakers and women with lived experience to explore the changes needed to improve cardiovascular outcomes for all women.

Through keynote presentations, panel discussions and interactive sessions, the conference will examine the challenges facing women across the health system and highlight innovative solutions that support equity, prevention, access and better care.

Her Heart exists to improve the heart health of Australian women.<\/span><\/h4>\n

With <\/span>almost one woman dying every hour<\/strong>,<\/span> heart disease remains the leading cause of illness and death among Australian women.<\/span><\/h4>\n
