Dr Pasupathy is an internationally recognised leader in MINOCA research and has led a transformative programme addressing a critical and long standing gap: the under recognition, misdiagnosis, and therapeutic nihilism surrounding MINOCA. Her research was instrumental in defining MINOCA as a distinct clinical entity, clarifying its underlying mechanisms, and establishing it as an actionable diagnosis.
